Listed below are our current charges for privately paying customers.
- Half hourly and hourly rates cost the same at the weekend as in the week, apart from flexible breaks which cost a little bit more, please call for more information
- There is a small increase for all Care24 and Support24 services on a bank holiday, please call for more information
- Charges for a Support24 Worker to accompany you on a trip, attend an appointment or help you take part in an event or activity will be agreed in advance, taking into account travel and any other associated costs such an admission fee or ticket
- Customers must have a Worcestershire Telecare pendant alarm to receive the Response Service. Additional charges for the equipment and 27/7 monitoring will apply - call 0345 130 1469 for prices
- Payments can be made by Direct Debit (our preferred option), monthly invoice, debit card or a Care & Support24 payment card
- We can also provide services to you if you are in receipt of PIP, Direct Payments or Attendance Allowance
